Covington sits right next door to us, roughly 4 miles from our Maple Valley base. Most of our trips there follow SR 18 or Kent-Kangley Road (SR 516), the two roads that carry most traffic through town. Whether your street is near Jenkins Creek, Pipe Lake or the shopping area by the highway, it is a quick drive for our crew.
Subdivision homes and the ducts inside them
Much of Covington is made up of subdivisions built over the last few decades, with older rural lots and some earlier homes mixed in. Many houses are two-story designs with the furnace or heat pump air handler in a garage, closet or crawlspace and long supply runs to the upstairs bedrooms.
